Starting January 1, 2009, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, led by Governor Edward G. Rendell, implemented new regulations under the Right-to-Know Law Act 3 of 2008. This law has brought significant changes to how people can access public records of their government and how the government manages these requests. At Beaver County Career and Technology Center, we comply with the Public Records Policy and the Right-to-Know Law to ensure transparency. To obtain public records from the Beaver County Career and Technology Center, please download the form below and complete it. After that, mail the form to the RTK Officer listed below. We will work to honor your requests by the law.

The Right-to-Know Law mandates that the Office of Open Records generate a Uniform Request Form that every Commonwealth Agency must acknowledge. If you want to request information under the Right-to-Know Law from Beaver County Career and Technology Center, you need to complete the available form. CONTACT INFORMATION
According to the Right-to-Know Law, it is mandatory for every government agency to appoint an RTK (Right-to-Know) Officer. This person will be responsible for receiving Right to Know requests submitted to the Beaver County Career and Technology Center, directing these requests to the correct person or agency, monitoring the school's response to these requests, and issuing interim and final responses as required by the law.
